Caffa Enterprises was
a fire loss in which Blu SKY's professional services were sought
out to assist in the demolition, cleaning, and deodorizing of
the building structure. All tenant improvements in the structure
were a total loss due to the magnitude of the fire. Blu SKY
quickly mobilized to coordinate the necessary resources and
completed the work in approximately one week. As the owner is a
general contractor, Blu SKY was only utilized in the capacity
above. |

After Hurricane
Charley, Blu SKY provided some critical emergency services in
the Punta Gorda & Prt Charlotte areas of Florida. Blu SKY
focused on emergency building fry ins and demolition in order to
prevent further damages to property. This experience was truly
rewarding to Blu SKY as they provided such a necessary service.
While Blu SKY was established to be a local resource, they are
respected and known around the country for their expertise and
professionalism. |

Unfortunately,
the Paul Debonis family awakened one day to find that their
finished basement had flooded from a broken water line. Blu SKY
was called in to not only mitigate the damages caused by the
flood, but also to repair the damage to the personal belongings
and structure caused by the water loss. Blu SKY coordinated the
efforts of several specialists and had the basement restored in
no time at all.

The Silver King Inn was an eight unit hotel fire in Leadville,
CO. The property had recently experienced a four million dollar
renovation and the ownership group trusted Blu SKY to restore
the structure to its beautiful pre-loss condition. Blu Sky's
talented crews handled this large- scale fire restoration
project from the demolition phase through the fire restoration &
deodorization to project completion where the units were
ready for occupancy. Blu SKY coordinated their efforts with the
building department, fire department, ownership group, and
insurance carrier to ensure that the units were restored
completely and timely. Blu Sky completed the initial phase of
this project in approximately sixty days from start. |

This one unit apartment fire was restored to a "better than new"
condition approximately 30 days following Blu SKY's
mobilization. Although the fire only involved one rental unit,
Blu SKY worked quickly to prepare the unit for occupation. Blu
SKY focused on the interior and exterior damages simultaneously
in order to maintain the properties pleasant aesthetic values.
Blu SKY coordinated with the management company and the
insurance carrier when it became evident that the forced air
furnace could not be salvaged. With a few digital photos and a
few calls, the authority was given and the project continued
without any unnecessary interruptions. Several tenants even
competed over the rights to such a nice new unit! |
