MOLD REMEDIATION: Dreamstone Office/Industrial Building

Blu SKY contracted to correct a construction defect issue at this flex use building. This was a new building that had a roof problem which allowed water to leak into the covered ceiling cavities. Roof joists and decking were badly affected by mold in the two-story warehouse and above the second story offices.
