GENERAL CONTRACTING: Los Arcos Restaurant
The roof of the Black Angus Restaurant collapsed due to an extremely heavy snow load. BluSky worked with insurance adjusters, owners of the existing building, the new investors buying the building, architects and engineers. During the rebuilding process the new owners converted the building to a Los Arcos Restaurant. Rebuilding entailed complete side wall repair to framing and stucco, rebuilt roof system, new mechanical systems, and all interior finishes.
