Project: Medical Building Water loss
Description:We received the emergency call at 4:30 AM that the facility had an 8” main water line rupture. Approximately 50,000 Sq Ft of the basement area was flooded with 4”to 6”of category 3 contaminated water to include 9 elevator shafts with anywhere from 6’to8’ of standing water. The basement area housed a 24 hour pharmacy, medical and x-ray records storage, IT data room, building mechanical systems, sterilization areas, and other offices. Once the water was extracted many of these areas were relocated to other areas of the hospital. This facility was successfully dried within 5 days and contamination remediation completed in the following 2 weeks. |

Project: Large House Fire
Description: This large scale house fire involved an entire roof collapse and heavy water damage to the basement. The structure was a 4 bedroom 3 bath golf course home with stone and stucco exterior. The reconstruction consisted of a full roof & truss replacement, full reconstruction of the 1st floor interior and accommodated upgrades for the client beyond their insurance compensation. We successfully completed this project in 4 months.

Client: Northeastern Local Schools • Springfield, Ohio
Project: Mold Remediation
Description: This was an emergency mold remediation project for a school ranging from kindergarten to high school. The mold was caused due to a stuck damper in which warm outside air was entering the school during the summer months. Mold was found on the walls, ceiling tiles, library and text books, chairs, tables, etc. We successfully completed the mold remediation project on the expected date for the I.H. post clearance test on August 18th. We were advised we successfully passed the post clearance test around noon on August 19th in which the teachers were able to enter their classrooms on time to start the school year. |

Project: Commercial Office Building Fire
Description:This loss originated in a computer server room located on the second floor of a three story building. The entire building was affected by heavy smoke due to having the HVAC system operating with open air plenums and improper smoke/fire blocking in place. The work preformed consisted of extensive cleaning of all surfaces, mechanical units, and structural repair of damaged double tee’s. |

Project: Multi-family Fire, 8 units
Description: The 8 unit apartment building sustained a fire that required 4 of the 8 units to be completely demolished down to the slab and reconstructed. BluSky assisted the ownership group with demolition, planning/design, and the reconstruction of the building. BluSky also renovated the 4 standing units for code issues and new standards applied by the property. The project was finished on time and on budget. The customer has since made BluSky their preferred emergency contractor and is listed as one of our references. |

Project: Apartment Complex / Water Damage
Description: In the original construction phase of this new apartment complex, a faulty supply line connection caused significant water damage. The water damaged 42 units, which ranged from 80% finished to completely finished. We had all of the areas dried within five days and turned the property back over to Trammel Crow Residential services in order for them to complete construction. |

Description: After a tornado struck Windsor, Colorado, we immediately came to this large daycare center. The wind damage was extensive, requiring roof protection and site stabilization. We also removed large debris so that structural repairs could be performed. |
