Dave Brewer

Dave has been actively engaged in the construction industry for nearly two decades. He began his career at one of the larger general contractor firms in the San Francisco Bay Area immediately after graduating from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in construction management. As a project engineer, his focus was on process management and quality control. This is where he gained his passion for customer service.

After spending five years in this role, he and his wife decided to return to Colorado where he became a project manager for a general contractor in Fort Collins, managing projects throughout the Front Range and Rocky Mountain region.

In 2009, Dave was hired as a project manager with a specific intent to manage projects in a new market for BluSky. Soon thereafter, Dave found himself with a devoted client base and enough success to warrant a new office for BluSky in Fort Collins. He spent several years managing and developing the Northern Colorado market before accepting a promotion to become vice president of BluSky’s Denver office.

He was named regional vice president in January 2019. In this role, he leads BluSky’s Colorado, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire offices.

With his latest role as RVP of Integration, Dave has the ability to use all his core BluSky knowledge to help integrate all the great companies we partner with. Dave is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for newly merged companies that join the BluSky family. He will bring his extensive leadership experience to focus on growing and developing the Integration team as the company continues to expand across the country through mergers and acquisitions. Dave is a process-driven leader and is excited to develop and expand on the current integration process.

Throughout the years’ Dave, has stayed focused on his construction professionalism but also on the customer experience. A customer once said on a customer survey that under Dave’s watchful eye, BluSky was “a customer service company that happens to perform the restoration.”

Dave currently lives with his wife and two daughters in Aurora, Colorado, and stays active enjoying outdoor activities with his family. He is a member of Denver Active 20/30 and NoCo Unify, which are both young men’s organizations that raise money for at-risk youth charities in Colorado.
