BluSky Growth Prompts Organizational Changes
President Announcement
BluSky Restoration Contractors, LLC is pleased to announce the following organizational changes. As BluSky is focused on how to best organize to support the next stage of our growth, the decision was made that now was the right time to have a full time President to oversee daily operations. Effective November 1, Kent Stemper will take the duties of President. In this role, Kent will report to Terry Shadwick, who will relinquish the role of President and retain his duties as CEO. Kent will focus on the daily duties of running the company growing the business. “I’m honored to have the privilege of leading an organization like this. My goals are to live up to our firm’s legacy of great customer service and truly “Make It Better” for our customers. We provide great customer service through a group of highly committed employees, who have excellent teamwork, and like their jobs and the company they work for. Our business model that has enabled us to be voted one of the best places to work, and be a leader in our industry in customer service, will continue to be our focus.”. Terry Shadwick stated “Kent has the experience, work ethic, character, grit and attitude to lead BluSky through the chapters to come. He is excited to bring new ideas to the BluSky Nation, and reinforce the vision, values and processes on which this company was built”. In his role of CEO, Terry will focus more on the strategic vision for the firm, new markets and services, and continue to bring great talent into the organization.

John Wirtz, currently Controller at BluSky, will replace Kent as the Chief Financial Officer. “John models the BluSky values, especially in the areas of work ethic, accountability and focus on results” Kent Stemper stated. Dave Brewer, currently the Managing Director of Northern Colorado, will become Vice President and manage the Denver office. “After more than 4 very successful years leading our Northern Colorado office, we have asked Dave Brewer to take the next step in his career. I’m confident Dave’s leadership will be a great addition to an already incredible team here in Denver.” Terry Shadwick commented.
