BluSky Names New Vice Presidents

We’re very pleased to introduce you to two new Vice Presidents who recently joined BluSky’s leadership team.

Shawn Pullen joined BluSky in August 2018 as Vice President in our Raleigh, NC office. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from NC A&T State University in Greensboro, NC. He has been engaged in the construction, remodeling and restoration industry for over 12 years.

Shawn’s areas of expertise include fire and smoke damage restoration, risk management and assessment, managing and scheduling large projects, motivating cross-functional teams, and building long-lasting strategic partnerships. He is a natural leader and we are very excited to have Shawn join BluSky.

Martin Newby also joined BluSky in August 2018, as Vice President in our Ft. Collins, CO office. Martin is a 30-year veteran of the insurance industry holding leadership roles as VP of Claims, Chief Operating Officer, and President with major US-based insurance claims groups.

Martin’s passion for leading professional teams in the insurance contracting industry is only matched by his drive to coach his sons in baseball and basketball. Martin holds a Texas adjusters license, and is an executive board member on the Blythewood Baseball League. We are excited to have Martin join the Blusky team and Ft. Collins community.

Responsibilities for BluSky include content creation and editing, brand management and consistency, website management, public relations writing, advertising, and social media management. Candace lives just south of Chicago with her husband Eric and three children.
