Mobilizing for Harvey Relief
The damage from Hurricane Harvey is catastrophic in southeast Texas, and BluSky has mobilized its manpower and equipment to assist.
With early estimates approaching $160 billion in damage, Harvey is expected to be the costliest natural disaster in U.S. history according to media reports published on Wednesday morning. In response, before flood waters have even begun to recede, BluSky has mobilized a team of 20 emergency response personnel to travel to Texas and help start the long process of recovery.
In addition to our crew, BluSky is deploying 1,500 pieces of disaster restoration equipment including power generators, dehumidifiers, and air movers, to extract flood waters from homes and businesses and begin drying structures and their contents.
