Andy JamesNational Director of Restoration

    As National Director of Restoration, Andy is responsible for organizing and directing all national response efforts, oversight of all emergency restoration projects, and management, recruitment and training of all restoration and environmental personnel. He provides support to all employees to ensure the BluSky standards of customer service are consistently met in all service areas of our business.

    Andy began his career in the restoration industry more than 15 years ago and has managed multiple complex restoration and environmental projects throughout the United States during periods of emergency and area-wide disasters. He joined BluSky in 2013 and has been BluSky’s National Director of Restoration since 2015. Andy managed the northeast region of BluSky’s largest project where hundreds of properties in several states were affected by an environmental contaminant requiring immediate abatement and restoration within a very limited timeframe. He successfully completed the process well ahead of schedule.

    Andy holds some of the highest credentials in the industry such as IICRC Fire, Water, Applied Structural Drying & Applied Microbial Remediation. He is also trained in OSHA 10 Hour for Construction and as a Disaster Site Worker.

    In addition to his involvement in promoting BluSky’s culture and customer service, Andy is actively engaged in further study of leadership, team building, personal development and emotional intelligence.

    Andy currently lives with his wife, Katie and daughter, Ava in Parker, CO and enjoys spending quality time with his family, music, and the many outdoor activities Colorado has to offer.
