Dale earned a Bachelor of Science degree in construction engineering technology from the University of Memphis. He has over twenty-five years of estimating and management experience in both the residential and commercial areas of the industry. He has been involved in all aspects of new construction, renovation, and both historical and insurance restoration.
Dale has earned the designation of Certified Restorer (CR) and Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC). Because of this broad base of experience, he has proficiency in a wide array of projects. In fact, a number of organizations and management firms make use of Dale’s expertise and certifications in the continuing education of their employees.
He was named senior vice president of national health care services in January 2020.
Dale previously served on the board for the Restoration Industry Association (RIA) as Chairman for the Education Committee as well as the board for Harding Academy. He currently serves on the board of directors for Golden Cross Senior Ministries.
